I went in on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend to view a car. I was not made aware of any other interested parties at the time and therefore assumed I was first in line. I expressed my interest in the car and having expressed interest was told that the paperwork hadnt come through from the DVLA and I would be contacted on the Tuesday with an update so that we could talk further and discuss deposits etc. I rang as soon as I could on the Tuesday morning, having not received a phone call, only to find the car had been sold from under me. I was extremely disappointed as I hadnt even received a call giving me the option to commit to a deposit. As far as I was concerned I couldnt move forward with the deal because of the outstanding paperwork, and I assumed that because Id registered interest in the vehicle there was nothing more to be done until after the bank holiday. Its a shame as I was really interested in the car and thought that one might get more loyalty from an independent dealership.
Recently just got my Fiat 500 S from here. Right from the start the service I received was great. It was a really easy process to book a test drive and I was provided with all the information I needed to start driving my new car. They even helped by paying my first years tax.
