Brought a vauxhall insignia for there. Car has been nothing but trouble. I would Stay Away from that dealer. They tell you that they are going to call you back but they never do...car cost 5k and I have spent a extra 3k in repairs. And the car hasn't even done 10000 miles in a year.
Ok, so you hope that the purchase of a new car (specially the first one) will be special but not this special! I had the delight of purchasing a car from Paul and his team a month ago. Was very nice when talking about the car i was after as well as trading in my wifes car. The car was well looked after and given previous experience with bad traders this once was very good!
I cannot speak highly enough of Chris & the team at C&S Car Sales in Thatcham. We drove nearly 100 miles to view a car & I'm so glad we did - I've spent many hours travelling distances to view second hand vehicles that fall way short of the advert description when viewed in the flesh. We were warmly greeted, left on our own to have a thorough look at the car & at no point were we put under any pressure to purchase. They even had things to keep a toddler occupied which for me demonstrates how important the customer experience is to them. . Rarely does a dealer take precedence over vehicle choice but I'll be looking at C&S Car Sales Thatcham first next time !Thank you guys.
