I would like everyone to be aware of this garage. My car got took there by the RAC, due to being RAC approved. My water pump had gone on my yaris. I had no phone calls from this garage giving me any quote or details. The only phone call I had was when the car had been fixed. The price they wanted to charge was 235.00. I don't think so. After being told this. I got other quotes saying nomore 100. I rang the garage back to ask why so much no luck with them, either pay it or you don't get the car back. No contact from them yet again, no response from my emails or phone calls. Called trading standards, they told me my rights. I didn't have to pay that much due to consumers act 2015. As no agreement was made with myself and the garage. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF MY THESE PEOPLE. Have a good day all. It's all on video .
What can i not say in praise of this Garage. It is the most honest and trustworthy. Inthe NEWBURY and THATCHAM AREA.
