I bought a Ford Galaxy from the guys. Took it to France and did 2000 miles. Came back and said there were a couple of minor things wrong...just a few loose things. They said bring it in. They fixed it, and even delivered it back to my house. Now, when you buy a second-hand car, I always pay what they put the price at. Because if there is something that goes wrong then people help you out. And that's exactly what happened for me. So good communication, friendly and would not hesitate to buy again if I needed to.

Great cars, great staff, the owner is a typical used car dealer.** As I cant reply to the owners response I have to add it here. - I am still more than pleased with the car, the price, the deal, and the service. The two stars are just for the bombastic blatant fibbing, yes, a typical old school used car dealer, but in a modern world with digital capabilities where information can be verified in moments. If he had kept quiet on the day and left things to the genuine salesman, then ten stars (if that was possible) would have been given.. I paid full asking price on the spot. I didn't even ask for recompense or part-payment when three or four days later Ashford Police pulled me up for illegal headlights (apart from damn expensive, what on earth were illegal headlights?). I feel that I have been a fair and honest customer, gave what I consider an honest review, and forcibly object to the implication that the star rating was due to financial reasons.

I recently bought a Nissan qashqai from pinewood motors and can honestly say it has been the easiest car buying process i have ever been through. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
