My partner bought a car from Berkshire Motor company in July and it developed a fault in september We called them and explained the problem the person on the phone was very helpful and advised us to get it checked from our local garage and ask them to contact berkshire motor company.Luckily it was not a big problem and got it fixed from our local garage and berkshire motor company covered the cost.I will definitely recommend them.Not many used car dealers honour their warranty.
I had very positive experience with Berkshire Motor Company I found them on Autotrader when I was looking for mazda 3 I phoned them to ask if it was available and ask them few questions about condition of car.sales person on phone was very polite and answered all my questions when I turned up i found car was exactly described and test drove it on Dual carriage way which was not problem for them. (Not many dealers let u take cars on dual carriageway).Eventually I bought the car absolutely love it.Definetly recommend these gya.

I bought a car from Berkshire motor company in May, It had to be returned within 2 weeks for a faulty manifold. I was then told by them after they had "repaired" it that it was a flexi pipe causing the issue. However I have now had to take the car elsewhere and I was informed that bolts were missing from the manifold (hence why it was blowing). I was also told it had an oil leak which was fixed (with a tick on the MOT sheet) however the cars oil light flashed on the other day so I refilled it and low and behold it's leaking oil too! Avoid I thought I would be safe as it was an AA registered garage obviously not!
Terrific service from walking in through to test drive and information with honest advice. Not at all 'pushy or on you all the time giving you breathing space. Guided throughout with paperwork and fees for the car tax.I am very happy with the car and would highly recommend.
