Fairly important station between Reading and Newbury with car parking being cheaper than Theale! Part time ticket office. There is a footbridge but no lifts!
Haven't been to the station itself. But we have been standing at the train crossing for 30 mins now. Could be more.
Small station with a small ticket office. Helpful staff if you dont know what ticket you really need. Also a machine outside for the more seasoned travellers or if the ticket office is closed.Each platform has a small amount of seating with one shelter, although you can sit in the ticket office too. There are also bike lock boxes as well on the East bound platform.
