Tried to view one house through them. I had to chase them - youd think they would call back and arrange the viewing.Good if you want to benchmark prices - but most things on their website werent actually for sale still - seemingly to bulk up their site. In the end gave up even considering houses through them.
Myself and my husband have been looking to buy a property and can say that Craig from the sales team has always kept us well informed of new properties going on the market and has done his best to secure us a house. Although we haven't necessarily found our house through Craig I can definitely say he has been the best person we've dealt with out of around the 6 companies we've been liaising with and would highly recommend.
