hopeless, took 2 weeks to deliver items supposed to take 2 days, days wasted waiting in, calls etc. useless 'chat' function on their website that must be automated as it just says the same thing everytime. It's easier to get hold of the dead than DX. Forget phoning not sure they are even connected to the outside world. Shame I even had to give a star to post.
Teribble service! Sent a blank email to start with so I had no idea when to expect it. Had a card posted and I've tried calling the number 6times. It just rings out and then cuts off!

Please don't use this company, bunch of liars. this is second time they said we left a card. Complete lie, I was in the house waiting for the parcel for more then 2 days. I rang them, they hang up on me isn't it rude?? is this the level of service you provide? Google don't allow less then 1 star otherwise they don't deserve even that.
