Nice place to have your hair done .
At 4.15pm on sat 26th May 18, my mother was turned away from having her short hair trimmed...the Lady said to my mum "were not taking anymore"!!!! Yet there was a lady having her hair cut one waiting on the chairs and then my mum! You dont shut untill 5pm!!! Suprised your rude approach gets you any customers at all!!!! And then we went to the car drove by to see hairdressers just sat behind the till!!!! You shut at 5pm on Sat not 4.15pm!!
Downside is usually busy and is a wait, but good service and cut (usually) for the price. Cant book appointments and is just walk in.
Absolutely disgraceful service I will never ever set foot in the door again. My wife took my son aged 1 to the cutting bar for his second hair cut. He was seen by an older lady who clearly hates her job and especially cutting children's hair. To begin with he was forced to sit on the chair as she said she couldn't do it while he was sat on her lap but then agreed as he became distressed. She then began cutting his hair, he became upset so she forced him in to my wife so that he would stay still, he put his hands up to try stopping her and said "well if I end up cutting your fingers off it's your fault." she continued forcing him to stay still even though he was clearly VERY distressed. Her her hands absolutely stank of cigarette smoke and smelt terribly of bo. The other staff seemed to be looking at her because they could clearly see she was being forceful but never said a word, the customers also looked horrified. My son left visably shaken and took him a while to settle after leaving. Thanks to this absolutely hideous woman she has probably left my son terrified of hair dressers for a very long time.Avoid this place especially if you are taking children. I would have rated it zero stars if possible.
