I've lived in Thatcham for over a year now If it was not for Henwick property's helping me find a place to live .in would of ending on the streets They are very helpful If anything need repairing or fixing And they are always there if u need to talk I would highly recommend them to my friends and family I can't credit them enough Weldone guys

I was in Newbury for 2 days with my family looking at properties and I rang them twice and both times said that they would call me back.I'm still waiting for the call.
As a tenant of 3 years I experienced many repair and pest issues, a number of items were never fixed or temp fixes put in place that kept failing despite verbal assurances otherwise. Not a good service for tenants.They blame the landlords and the issues continue. Avoid if possible, if you have to use them then document everything in writing as the verbal communication does not reflect what they put on writing.
Brilliant Service, totally professional, responsive and importantly extensive knowledge and experience. As a landlord I wouldn't use anyone else! I would highly recommend them whether you are landlord or tenant as they have everyones best interests covered!
