I was driving a car that I have only had for three weeks, when a pressure tyre light came on. Iwas a little worried about driving it, and was passing through Thatcham and saw this garage.So I pulled in and asked someone if they could help me. Glenn (who is the manager) was very helpful and politely explained it could be a number of things but would get someone to look at it straight away. They sorted it out quickly. I asked how much I owed him, but he wouldnt take anything. Thank you Glenn again: not many people will do what you did - thats what I call customer service!!
