Bridget is amazing, she does my lashes and they look so natural. She always goes out of her way to fit me in even when very busy. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I have been to many beauty therapists previously but was introduced to Bridget through a friend for a treatment after being let down by another and I have never looked back! Bridget is brilliant and always tailors the treatment to your needs. I can't recommend her enough.
Had eyelash extensions and brow tint done. Couldnt be happier with the results! Best extensions Ive had by far! Beautifully neat and full! Made sure I was fully happy with the results.Cosy and comfortable environment. Will definitely be returning!
Ive edited review as couldnt respond to your response, also I appreciate your honesty and integrity to my complaint on my sisters behalf. Its not like me to look to tarnish a business womans reputation so Im sorry for the guns blazing approach. Just it was based on a first impression and not actually being the client myself, its not easy to judge the situation wholeheartedly. My sister was just annoyed and upset but was worried to say anything and I felt for her! Thank you for your response and I appreciate its not always easy to get things spot on, all the time, we all have bad days, I know I do! Ill pass your response on to my sister, Im sure shell understand. Apologies again that the complaint went through these channels, I have seen youve also got some great reviews so Im sure 99% of the time youre fantastic at what you do! Things happen sometimes! X
I have been going to the salon for a number of years now, mostly for waxing and facials. By far the best therapist I have ever had. The more bespoke service offered, coupled with non-bias product advice, means that every client will receive the right treatment for them. Well worth a visit.
